This week on Fujoshi O'Clock:

• Otaku Champloo shares their fujoshi shopping guide in Japan, with plenty of pictures and helpful links. Of course Akihabara is included!
• Filed under "it's about time!": SuBLime Manga has licensed the Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi manga for English language release. It to set to hit shelves early next year as a print-only release.
• Falling under the 'T' of LGBT but still relevant all the same, The Beautiful World blog has a list of manga with transgender protagonists. Naturally, Wandering Son/Hourou Musuko is on the list, as well as After School Nightmare and Riyoko Ikeda's Claudine.
• MangaGamer will be localizing and releasing pa-rade's No, Thank You!!!, the boys' love/bara PC game, for Western players. The game is about an amnesia-stricken boy who ends up working at a mysterious bar during his recovery. Some of the photos in the link are NSFW.

• The full trailer for the live action Sekaiichi Hatsukoi film is now online, which is set for release on March 15.
• Otaku Champloo has posted the fourth Fujojocast, talking about award winning BL manga from the past year.
• Shiizumi's Anime Blog talks about BL author Junko and her work.

Reviews:

• Maggie at OASG reviews Panda Restaurant by Riri Sagara, a story about an oddball restaurant staffed by cookware in human form. Sounds interesting!
• Kuriosity reviews Scarlet by Hiro Madarame, a troubled romance between two college students which apparently has a problem with bisexuality, boo.
• A Library Girl's Familiar Diversions reviews My Only King by Lily Hoshino. It brings up a lot of legit criticisms of the title, which is cool.

This week on Fujoshi O'Clock:

• Otaku Champloo posts their second Fujojocast, in which they discuss current fujoshi fan favorite Free!. I need to watch Free!, obviously.
• There are more Fujoshi Files at Ogiue Maniax, with #82: Himenogi Rin of Fushigi no Kuni no Ringo-Hime and #83: Ishioka Yuri of Fujoshissu!.
• A Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi anime short will be screening alongside the full 2014 Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi anime film. The short is an original story penned by the series' manga-ka.
• Otaku Journalist tackles some weighty issues in BL culture with the truth about boys' love and rape culture. Good discussion in the comments.

• the manga habit reviews Shuuten Unknown by Sugiura Shiho, a heavily BL-tinged series about two men bound together by some very shiny gauntlets.

• Manga Bookshelf is hosting the latest Manga Moveable Feast, featuring the works of Loveless manga-ka Yun Kouga. The July Feast officially begins in two days.
• AnimeNation: An anime film of the Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi light novel/manga series has recently been announced. The manga had once been licensed by Tokyopop's Blu imprint but was never actually released in English.
• the manga habit shares images of the BL video game No, Thank You!!!, in which there are lots of cute guys including a super handsome oyaji (!!!); there is a link to her Tumblr, where more images are.

Reviews:

• Experiments in Manga reviews volume one of Off*Beat by Jen Lee Quick, an OEL manga that has recently been republished by Chromatic Press.
• Brain Vs. Book reviews Kaze to Ki no Uta volumes 9 & 10 by Keiko Takemiya, a BL-tinged series by the manga-ka behind To Terra and Andromeda Stories.
• Leroy at I Reads You reviews Sleeping Moon volume 1 by Kano Miyamoto; the story is part mystery, part ghost story.

• Deb Aoki at About.com Manga is giving a closer look at 26 recent yaoi titles from Digital Manga Publishing, including some absolutely gorgeous cover art.
• According to ANN, the Junjo Mistake anime is to air as the sixth episode of Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi's second season; Junjo Mistake is a spin-off from the Junjo Romantica series.
• Also at About.com Manga, an interview with the editors of Viz's new BL imprint SuBlime, which took place at this year's YaoiCon 2011.

Reviews:

• Connie at Slightly Biased Manga reviews You Higashino's A Fallen Saint's Kiss, and is not entertained by the book's handling of S&M and rape themes, to say the least.
• ふう子 at Hazukashii Kedo reviews the works of Minazuki Akira, whose third tankoubon has just been released recently (some scans NSFW).

• Via ANN: Crunchyroll is now streaming the second season of Sekai-Ichi Hatsukoi as a simulcast.
• Until the 19th, Nase Yamato's BL manga Mr. Convenience will be on a 20% sale exclusive at the Akadot site.
• Speaking of sales, all 801 manga is on sale at the low price of - wait for it? - 8.01 dollars. Sweet.

Reviews:

• ふう子 at Hazukashii Kedo reviews Lovely Talk by Kumonosuke, Mou Ikkai by Manako, and Doutei no Mahou by Patriciana Kikuchi. Note: some of the images are NSFW.
• Kristin at Comic Attack.net reviews Souya Himawari's Temperature Rising and the first volume of Seven Days by Venio Tachibana & Rihito Takarai, and is pleased by some of the more relaxing aspects of them.
• Kimi-chan of Kimi-chan Experience reviews Mr Tiger And Mr Wolf by Haruno Ahiro and has an issue with the translation but not the manga itself. 
• She also reviews Healing Music by Tatsumi Kaiya, and is wholly impressed by the beautiful look of the book's art.
• Connie at Slightly Biased Manga reviews the second volume of You Higuri's Gorgeous Carat and finds her reading propelled by both the fast-paced story and the wonderfully detailed art.
